What does Uely mean by operating model?

The operating model is Uely’s map of your work. Not an org chart, but a living picture: who is involved, which places matter, which things are sold or used, which work happens, which documents and money flows belong with it.

What you should know

Uely should not guess from scratch on every brief. A contact, product, job or invoice does not appear as an isolated note, but as part of the same picture.

Limits

The model is only as good as the data and corrections. If you leave wrong details standing, Uely can reuse them later.

No. Uely can structure money flows and accompany invoices, but it does not replace full bookkeeping or fiduciary review.

Can Uely invent facts on its own?

It can propose. Durable facts should come from documents, inputs or your confirmation.
