Which fees does Uely take?
Uely shows platform fees before payment-relevant steps and separates them from the payment provider’s fees.
Region note: the 1% / CHF 10 cap and CHF amounts below are Swiss marketplace rules.
What you should know
Section titled “What you should know”- On online sales and payable invoices Uely takes a platform fee from the payout amount. It is 1% of the gross amount and capped at CHF 10 per transaction.
- The payment provider may charge its own payment fees on top. Those are not Uely’s margin.
- For real postal mail a Uely margin is added to the print-and-ship price. The final amount is shown before checkout.
- AI credit is a different money path and not this platform fee.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”Fees shown before payment can be estimates if the payment provider finalises the amount only after settlement. Finanzen shows the actual movements afterwards.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”If a fee looks unexpected, first check which money path was involved: AI usage, platform CHF or your payment account.
