How does mail work?
Post is for letters, messages and reply drafts. You can reply digitally or send a document as a real letter.
- Open Post.
- Choose a conversation or Neuer Entwurf.
- Use Antwort vorschlagen when Uely should write a draft.
- Review the draft.
- Choose Als Brief senden when you want real post.
What you should know
Section titled “What you should know”A real letter is a real CHF payment. That is not the same as AI budget and not the same as an invoice.
Region note: A-Post shipping and Swiss postage pricing apply to the Swiss postal path.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”Empty letters are not sent. Very long documents can fail at the page limit. The price can change if you wait too long between quote and checkout.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”If printing fails after payment, a refund is attempted and the letter is marked failed.
