Where do KPIs come from?

KPIs are metrics Uely derives from documents and data. They are not magic and not a judgement without basis.

  1. Upload relevant documents via Training or Dokumente.
  2. Open KPIs.
  3. Choose a metric.
  4. Check history, source and context.

A metric is only as good as the documents behind it. Uely shows the link to the source so you do not follow a number blindly.

Missing, duplicate or poorly scanned documents create gaps. KPIs do not replace bookkeeping or audit.

If a metric is missing, upload the matching source or ask Uely which documents are missing for that metric.

You can improve sources and context. The metric itself should come from traceable data.

Usually processable documents are missing. Start with training and cleanly named documents.
