What is the payment account?
The payment account is the connection through which customers can pay you online. Without a payment account you can use Uely, but you cannot receive payable invoices or online sales.
- Open Finanzen.
- Choose Zahlungen aktivieren or Einrichten.
- Complete identity verification.
- After successful setup return to Rechnungen or Produkte.
What you should know
Section titled “What you should know”Verification serves payout, fraud prevention and legal duties. Uely does not skip it.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”How long verification takes depends on your details and the payment provider. Sometimes documents or details are missing.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”Open Finanzen and check whether more details are required. Until the account is ready, online payments stay blocked.
