What does a real letter cost?
A real letter costs real money. Uely fetches a quote for print and shipping, adds the Uely margin and shows you the amount before payment.

- Open a letter or document.
- Choose Als Brief senden.
- Check recipient, address, page count and price.
- Pay at checkout.
- After payment Uely hands the letter to the print-and-ship service.
What you should know
Section titled “What you should know”Postal mail is not AI credit. The price display depends on page count, shipping type and current partner price. Uely rounds the final price to sensible cent steps.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”Empty content and documents that are too long are rejected. If you wait between quote and payment, the partner price can change and you must request again.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”If shipping fails after payment, Uely marks the letter as failed and automatically attempts a refund.
