How do subscription and AI credit work?

AI work is metered: chat, training, dictation, portal fetches or background work can use credit. Reading, manual editing, teams, marketplace and invoices do not automatically run on this credit.
- Open Abrechnung.
- Check available credit.
- Open KI-Nutzung when you want to see which actions used credit.
- Buy or change your subscription via the linked payment pages.
What you should know
Section titled “What you should know”There is included credit from a plan and additionally purchased credit. The product spends included credit first, then purchased. Purchased credit remains if you end a subscription.

If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”If your credit is empty, AI actions do not start. Marketplace, manual editing, invoices, finances and real post can still have their own rules and payments.

What is the difference between plan credit and purchased credit?
Section titled “What is the difference between plan credit and purchased credit?”Plan credit comes with the subscription and renews periodically. Purchased credit is extra and remains if you end a subscription. Uely spends plan credit first, then purchased.
Does purchased credit expire?

Do I get money back if I change plan?
Section titled “Do I get money back if I change plan?”A plan change changes future included credit. It is not an automatic CHF refund for usage already spent. Purchased credit remains.
